Baltimore City Public Schools seeks a Specialist III under the Manager-Grants to guide administrators, teachers and district offices in Title funded activities, ensure grant compliance and strengthen student outcomes through effective use of federal funds.
The role provides professional development, creates accountability systems, tracks expenditures, submits MSDE/USDE reports, and coordinates Title II/IV initiatives, with emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Under the leadership of the Manager-Grants, the Specialist III is responsible for providing guidance, professional development, fiscal support and technical assistance to administrators, teachers and district offices to ensure effective implementation of Title funded activities. The Specialist III helps to establish accountability measures for school programmatic work, effective use of federal funds, grant compliance, and student improvement outcomes. Additionally, the Specialist III provides support and oversight for the district's implementation of the Title II and IV Equitable Services Program.
