Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to drive online sales growth across owned and partner platforms. You will manage product launches, pricing updates, promotions, and accurate listings to optimize customer experience and conversions.

Responsibilities include platform optimization, performance monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize merchandising. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are expected.

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 1-2 assigned eCommerce platforms with annual revenue responsibility under $1M.
  • Execute platform sales and merchandising activities including product launches, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory monitoring.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings with accurate content, imagery, attributes and categorization to support experience and conversion.
  • Coordinate deal setup, monitor campaign performance, and implement promotions across channels.
  • Monitor platform performance and provide regular reporting and basic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with platform partners and internal teams to resolve issues and support objectives.
  • Build proficiency in platform tools, analytics, and eCommerce best practices to improve listing quality and sales.
  • Stay aware of competitive activity and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
