Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an online sales & eCommerce specialist to drive profitable growth across owned and third‑party platforms from their North American base. The role blends sales execution, digital merchandising, and platform optimization to improve revenue, conversion, and customer experience.

You will manage 1–2 platforms, handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and improve listing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 assigned eCommerce platforms with annual revenue responsibility under $1M.
• Execute platform sales and merchandising activities: launches, pricing, promotions, inventory, assortment.
• Maintain and optimize product listings with content, imagery, categorization, and compliance.
• Support promotional and pricing execution and monitor campaign performance.
• Monitor platform performance and report trends, issues, and opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
