Specialist Human Resources (2025-2026) - Central Office/Administrators

This position involves leading a team to provide high-quality human resources and talent management services to principals and central office staff. The HR partner acts as the primary customer service contact for principals and central office leaders regarding talent management and other HR functions, ensuring effective staff management.

Job Details:
  • Salary Schedule: Grade 9, Schedule II
  • Working Calendar: 260 days / 8 hours per day
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in public administration, education, human resources management, business, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR processes in educational settings, legal, or employment procedures.
  • Effective communication skills.
