Job Overview

This position involves leading a team to provide high-quality human resources and talent management services to principals and central office staff. The HR partner serves as the primary customer service contact for talent management and other HR functions, ensuring effectiveness across staff.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in public administration, education, human resources management, business, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR processes in educational settings, legal, or employment procedures.
  • Effective communication skills.
