Role Overview: Manages equipment warehouse functions, operating budget, inventory, and product flow related to used equipment, surplus grocery shelving, refrigerated cases, check stands, etc. Coordinates asset management for used equipment supporting capital development. Oversees staff, shop functions, and transportation fleet supporting Construction, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Operations. Manages online tracking of equipment and materials for new and remodel locations.

Key Goals:

• Operate used equipment and material warehouse supporting various needs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight, manage inventory and asset tracking for equipment supporting the capital plan.
• Coordinate staffing and labor to support capital, maintenance, and merchandising projects.
• Manage product flow, perform cost/benefit analysis, and optimize layout for used and surplus equipment.
• Supervise daily warehouse functions, inventory, equipment transfers, and manage third-party staffing and fleet compliance.
• Hire and coordinate outside vendors for warehouse operations supporting various initiatives.
