Manages and oversees equipment warehouse functions, operating budget, inventory, product flow through, production output as related to used equipment, surplus grocery shelving, refrigerated cases, check stands, etc. Handles and coordinates asset management responsibilities related to used equipment in support of capital development plan. Oversees staff, shop functions and equipment warehouse transportation fleet supporting Construction, Maintenance, Merchandising and Operation's needs. Manages online tracking system of equipment and materials for new and remodel locations including raw materials, supply parts, specialized equipment, etc.

Key Goals:

• Direct operation of used equipment and material warehouse supporting Construction,
  
  

Maintenance, Merchandising and Operation's needs.

• Operation of the warehouse, oversee distribution inbound and outbound freight for
  
  

equipment and materials. Manage inventory and asset tracking for new, surplus, used

and disposed equipment in support of the capital plan.

• Coordinate staffing and labor needs to support capital plan, maintenance and
  
  

merchandising rollout project needs. Provide required consolidation and pre-staging

to support various initiatives and programs.

• Direct operation of used equipment and material warehouse as related to used and
  
  

surplus equipment asset management. Analyze and maintain product flow through,

perform cost/ benefit analysis, optimize production and storage layout.

• Supervise day to day equipment warehouse functions, perform and maintain
  
  

equipment inventory, handle all equipment transfers, manage third party labor

staffing, direct operation of equipment truck and trailer fleet ensuring compliance

with D.O.T. regulations and reporting requirements.

• Hire, oversee and coordinate outside subcontractors or third party vendors to
  
  

perform work and services for the warehouse operation in support of the capital plan,

maintenance, merchandising and retail operation's needs.
