Job summary

Relativity in Huntsville is seeking a Specialist to support education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences.

You will help automate processes, manage LMS updates, coordinate trainings and certifications, and drive AI-enabled process improvements across internal systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review candidate attempts and manage flagged items.
• Respond to customer inquiries about education programs in a timely fashion.
• Execute training and certification contracts, coordinating with Finance and Legal.
• Manage program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.

Job Overview

The Specialist supports execution of educationprograms through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency to those processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries ina timelyfashion related to various education programs
• Executestrainingandcertificationcontracts, workingwith Finance and Legalto refine and improve
• Run programlogisticsand create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systemsand process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale andeliminatemanual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelinesfor team and stakeholders

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
