The Specialist will provide support to all levels of the Marketing and Strategy team. This person must be a driven team member, able to juggle multiple competing priorities, and help facilitate the management of marketing projects.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with all functions of marketing to assist in managing varying projects.
• Organize, prioritize, and multi-task a variety of objectives including general admin work and marketing activities: deliverables, milestones, durations, and approvals with minimal supervision.
• General support to the Directors and Sr. Managers within the Marketing and Strategy department as a shared resource.
• Project management: organize tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Cooperate with our internal brand teams to ensure goals, progress and post-reporting are completed for all projects.
• Attend live events throughout the United States and operate as a member of the Marketing and Strategy Team.
• Assist in content ideation and creation.
