The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing communications for Shankman & Associates and its CPG clients, with a particular focus on direct-to-retailer marketing, digital content, social media, and sales enablement. This position works closely with the Vice President of Marketing, Client Development Managers and other internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that translate business priorities into clear, effective communications, strengthen retailer engagement, and support sales growth.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files and computer printouts. The employee must be capable of bending, reaching, and crouching. The employee is occasionally required to balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
