Permanent position, Full-time

The Specialist - Customer Success supports direct ship retail customers such as grocery, drug, convenience, value, mass and other retail channels and distributors that sell HARIBO products. This role oversees all operational aspects of assigned account(s) including order management, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, resolving freight claims, and Order To Cash Flow Process (also known as O2C). Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois. As a member of our Specialist Customer Service team, within our supply chain organization, you will partner with internal teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing. The Specialist Customer Service works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to fill customer purchase orders in full and deliver orders on time.

The ideal Specialist - Customer Success will have a Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of experience in customer account management, inside sales, supply chain, or logistics experience supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide status of HARIBO product orders to retail customers, distributor partners, and broker partners in grocery, drug, convenience, value, mass, and other retail channels that sell HARIBO product
  • Support and resolve inquires related to order status and tracking shipments for retail customers
  • Develop and maintain partnerships as the liaison between HARIBO, brokers, and 3rd party logistics providers
  • Respond to warehouse and logistics carrier inquires, track orders through to delivery
  • Resolve freight claims
  • Utilize SAP and Power BI reporting to view inventory and order history
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting overall service to retail, broker, and distributor customers
  • Coordinate with retail customers, broker partners, and distributors regarding transportation needs

Qualifications

  • UPDATED: High school Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, 7+ years of relevant work experience customer account management, supply chain, or inside sales support
  • 3+ years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, or inside sales support
  • Previous ERP, Enterprise Resource Platform, experience is required ( preferably SAP )

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP S4-HANA is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working specifically in the CPG / Consumer Packaged Goods industry within a customer success, supply chain, logistics, or similar corporate support role

Compensation And Benefits

Target Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate’s offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
