Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a UX Writer to craft clear, accessible content across web and mobile experiences. The role emphasizes collaboration with design and business partners to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.

You will leverage knowledge management, information architecture, and a strong portfolio of digital writing. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with interest in banking or financial operations helping contextualize content.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and business partners to deliver end-to-end digital experiences
• Understand goals, requirements, and constraints across channels
• Create content aligned with tone of voice and brand
• Simplify customer experience with concise microcopy
• Deliver ADA compliant copy decks based on style guides
• Support presentations to internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple deadlines on concurrent projects

• Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design
• Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences
• Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence
• UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing
• Good to have background or strong interest in banking or financial operations
• Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work in hyper manual systems
• Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice
• Simplify the customer experience through succinct and thoughtful microcopy
• Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides
• Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders
