Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Missouri is seeking an experienced Compliance Auditor to perform daily BSA/AML audits, review transactions, prepare CTRs and SARs, and support the Compliance Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to internal controls.

The position requires investigative skills, strong MS Office proficiency, knowledge of Title 31/AML and Missouri Gaming regulations, and prior casino compliance experience. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in compliance or governmental affairs preferred.
• Casino experience required.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently perform the daily BSA/AML audit, utilizing internal tracking software and all available casino information to ensure complete, property-wide adherence.
• Review and research casino documentation for transactions that may result in the filing of SARs.
• Prepare CTRs and SARs for review by the Compliance Manager/BSA Officer and timely filing.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and provide support to Compliance Manager/BSA Officer.
• Periodically audit events and procedures to ensure compliance with BSA and internal controls.
• Investigate and assist in resolving issues of compliance for all areas of the casino to include Internal Audit.
• Assist in development of related internal controls, policies and procedures.

Job description

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Accurately and efficiently perform the daily BSA/AML audit, utilizing internal tracking software and all available casino information to ensure complete, property-wide adherence.
• Review and research casino documentation for transactions that may result in the filing of SARs.
• Prepare CTRs and SARs for review by the Compliance Manager/BSA Officer and timely filing.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and provide support to Compliance Manager/BSA Officer
• Periodically audit events and procedures to ensure compliance with BSA and internal controls.
• Investigate and assist in resolving issues of compliance for all areas of the casino to include Internal Audit.
• Assists in reviewing processes and procedures to determine where improvement may be needed and effectiveness related to CSR’s, MICS, & Policy standards,
• Assist in development of related internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Perform various audits as required by MGCMICS.
• Assist in monitoring employee compliance training programs.
• Liaise as necessary with Internal/External Auditors, IRS and MGC personnel to ensure a courteous and professional relationship.
• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document transactions.
• Assists in the compilation of reports for Missouri Gaming Control
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations within the area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
