We are hiring a Specialist, Cloud Support and Services on behalf of a client in the cloud solutions sector. This role focuses on delivering technical support, maintaining cloud and virtual environments, and supporting migration and infrastructure projects. The position requires strong customer service skills combined with hands‑on experience in Microsoft cloud technologies and virtual infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Operations

• Provide technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot issues related to Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud performance, and related services
• Monitor and maintain physical and virtual environments to ensure availability and performance
• Participate in scheduled maintenance for IT systems and devices
• Support migration projects and service configurations
• Collaborate with IT Operations to improve systems and processes
• Operate and maintain SaaS and IaaS services
• Support high‑availability, clustered, and multi‑site environments
• Document customer issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Create and validate procedures and technical documentation
• Share knowledge and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• College degree in IT or equivalent training and experience
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar cloud support or infrastructure role

Technical Skills
