Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Business Analyst in the United States to support finance and accounting processes. A Spanish language proficiency is required.

The role involves requirements gathering, FRD scoping, data mapping to operational ledgers, and collaboration with testing teams. Responsibilities include documenting business problems and opportunities, creating use cases and user stories, and ensuring accurate analysis of stock options and compensation data.

***SPANISH LAGUAGE IS MUST***

• General Ledger Finance and accounting background Mexican GAAP would be a plus
• Concepts of amortization accrual depreciation and respective accounting
• Able to communicate with ease and clarity along with experience of facilitator
• Experience of waterfall Agile and Iterative implementation modules
• Writing Business FRD scope document outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business
• Requirement gathering and analysis use cases and user stories development
• Data Mapping of product lifecycles to operational ledgers
• Nonproduct related data analysis such as stock options and compensation related data
• Should have good analytical skills and possess following BA skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detailoriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Should also be well versed with the functional testing as a part of BA role which involves identification of Scenarios creation of Test Data and guiding Testers to perform the testing.
• Also be able to review the testing performed by testing team and understand any deficiency

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
