Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong sales experience with top results
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with cash registers / POS systems
• Ability to stand or move around on the sales floor or warehouse
• Bilingual capability
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge
• Build connections with customers to foster positive interactions
• Support customer service initiatives and store standards
• Assist with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring
• Help with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness
• Organize warehouse labeling and placement
• Lead store opening/closing procedures when needed
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
