Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and proven ability to achieve top results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Proficiency with cash registers and computer use.
• Ability to stand, move on floor or warehouse, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Establishes connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all of the company's customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory.
• Maintains floor merchandising, display and cleanliness.
• Organizes the warehouse labeling, placement, and cleanliness.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
