FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Henderson, KY. You will be responsible for receiving and processing billing and revenue transactions, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring data accuracy using Microsoft Office tools.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, strong English communication, and reliability for pre-employment checks. This is an entry-level position offering opportunities for growth within the Finance team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers, etc.).
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist shall be responsible for receiving and processing all billing and revenue transactions to/from customers and keeping other relevant records. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze.
