ABOUT THE JOB

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing bills timely, getting spend on purchase orders, and managing our P2P system. This is a critical role in a high growth company that is constantly growing and changing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Responsible for receiving, processing, and paying vendor invoices.
• Responsible for partnering with Purchasing and Warehouse to reconcile 3-way match issues.
• Ability to assist employees with payables issues, purchase order creation, general AP questions.
• Point of contact for vendor inquiries to keep the Company in good standing.
• Assist with creating workflows and enhancing our AP systems.
• Ensure bills are appropriately approved in accordance with Company policy prior to payment.
• Send vendor invitation to P2P system and verify banking information.
• Ensure that bills and transactions have appropriate coding.
• Book AP entries during month end close (i.e. accruals, invoices transactions, etc.).
• Provide ad hoc reports to various departments as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience with 3 way matching
• Ability to operate in fast paced environment and multi-task between various initiatives
• Experience with large scale P2P systems and ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion
• Intermediate (or higher) excel skills and experience with data analysis (vlookups/xlookups/sumifs, pivot tables)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range

$70,000—$105,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
