Cardinal Health is seeking an Account Business Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities for a designated key account. You will be the primary liaison, present at the account daily, and drive operational excellence while building relationships with clinicians, staff, and leadership.

Candidate will need to live in San Antonio and will be responsible to report to a facility M-F 8am-5pm CST.
Account Management is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
The Account Business Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and growth of a designated key account. This individual will be physically present at the assigned account location each day, serving as the primary liaison between the account and internal teams. The role is focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening relationships, proactively resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow business within the account.
Anticipated hourly range: $22.60 per hour - $29.25per hour
