Job description

About Harvey Nash

Harvey Nash is a global technology recruitment and solutions firm with 9,400 experts across 36 locations in Europe, Asia, and North America. We help organizations accelerate digital transformation by connecting them with highly specialized technology talent.

Our teams operate across defined technology markets, including Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. We combine deep talent expertise with a consultative, market-led approach to help clients solve critical technology and workforce challenges.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Account Executive to develop and grow a defined technology market across the Northeast.

This is an individual contributor sales role focused on client development and new business generation. You will build relationships with technology leaders, develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and create hiring opportunities within a specific technology specialization.

Rather than selling broadly across IT, you will develop deep knowledge of a defined market such as Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, ERP/Enterprise Applications, CRM, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.

You will work closely with specialist recruiters to understand the talent landscape, identify highly marketable candidates, and use candidate-led business development alongside traditional prospecting to create meaningful conversations with prospective clients.

The objective is to become a trusted talent partner within your market by understanding the technologies, companies, leaders, talent, and business initiatives driving hiring demand.
