Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) with at least 1 year of instructional or educational activities.
• 2–5 years of coaching experience in an intercollegiate environment, preferably at the Division I level.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency with computer applications related to coaching and athletic administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practice and competition planning.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills.
• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes for academic and athletic readiness.
• Direct daily practice sessions and game-day operations.
• Organize and administer clinics and training camps.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the football program.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and counseling to student-athletes.
