Workwear Outfitters is seeking a Special Sew Operator in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on blending technical sewing precision with problem-solving to ensure material integrity and visual perfection on the production line.

You will support the Supervisor, maintain quality, and generate standard production reports while contributing to team productivity on 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) with possible overtime and Saturdays.

Formación

• Sewing experience required.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Able to work in a team and be quality-minded.
• Knowledge of AS/400, MOJO, email, and Excel preferred.
• Good attendance record.
• Able to multitask.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Supervisor in daily activities.
• Maintain department workflow and processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Uphold high quality standards for customers.
