Job summary

RamClean is seeking a driven Special Services Growth Manager to grow our sales with existing clients. This unique hybrid sales and operations role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, closing business, and ensuring work is completed successfully.

You will visit current RamClean customers, expand the Special Services portfolio (floor stripping, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, and project work), and develop a durable pipeline of recurring and one-time projects while

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial janitorial, facility services, floor care, or related industry desirable.
• Operational experience within janitorial/commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, prospecting, relationship selling, follow-up, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Special Services revenue.
• Regularly visit existing RamClean customer locations to build relationships and identify additional service opportunities.
• Prospect for and develop new Special Services business.
• Recommend and sell additional services based on each customer’s facility needs.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, estimates, and service opportunities.
• Schedule Special Services projects with customers.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure work is scheduled, staffed, and completed.
