Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Commercial Mechanical Project Manager to lead its Special Projects Division in St. Louis, MO. You will manage multiple HVAC and plumbing projects from award to closeout, coordinating with field teams and clients to ensure success.

The role emphasizes strong scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, procurement, change orders, and building lasting client relationships to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial mechanical contractor.
• Experience managing HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service.
