Job summary

DualEntry is building the OS for finance and is hiring a senior product manager to own a new product area from discovery to launch. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and customer metrics while working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-impact LLM-powered features.

You will partner with GTM, sales and marketing to drive successful launches, improve processes, and ensure reliability and usability as core outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production.
• A clear, direct communicator who keeps multiple work streams organized.
• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.

• Drive the full product lifecycle for a new product area, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration

Where You'll Create Impact

What It Takes

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• High agency and strong ownership: you set direction and drive it without waiting to be told

• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production

• A clear, direct communicator who keeps multiple work streams organized

• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team

Nice to have

• Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)

• Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience

• An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue)

• Technical background (CS, engineering)

• Max owns the automation and productization of our GTM motion. In his first quarter, he created a systems for customers to "try before they buy" - leading to a 2x+ boost in win-rate, as well as spinning up dozens of bots and agents to build cross-functional efficiency.

• Woosung leads finance at DualEntry and will work closely with the you on the special projects.
