Job summary

DualEntry, an early-stage AI-native ERP company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end product lifecycles for a new area in our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll partner with engineering, design and GTM to translate accounting workflows into actionable requirements and to ship AI-powered features.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• High agency and strong ownership: you set direction and drive it without waiting to be told.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production.
• Clear, direct communicator who keeps multiple work streams organized.
• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle for a new product area, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for your area.
• Define the metrics and customer signals that demonstrate outcomes and drive continuous improvement across all customer personas.
• Act as the voice of the customer in strategic decisions and translate complex accounting workflows into clear, simple requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering and design day to day, navigating technical trade-offs together.
• Own product reliability, accuracy and usability as first-class outcomes.
• Partner with product marketing, GTM and sales in both directions, feeding insights back into the roadmap and supporting launches.
• Improve the internal processes and tooling that help the team ship fast.

Where You'll Create Impact

What It Takes

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• High agency and strong ownership: you set direction and drive it without waiting to be told

• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production

• A clear, direct communicator who keeps multiple work streams organized

• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team

Nice to have

• Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)

• Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience

• An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue)

• Technical background (CS, engineering)

• Max owns the automation and productization of our GTM motion. In his first quarter, he created a systems for customers to "try before they buy" - leading to a 2x+ boost in win-rate, as well as spinning up dozens of bots and agents to build cross-functional efficiency.

• Woosung leads finance at DualEntry and will work closely with the you on the special projects.
