Architect Labs seeks a resourceful generalist to tackle high-priority business challenges. You will own critical projects from definition to delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution across finance, legal, HR, recruiting, and operations.

You will work closely with founders to enable fast-paced decision making, implement scalable systems, and apply AI to streamline processes. A strong track record as a hands-on operator is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear milestones.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relations and hiring processes.
• Ability to work with external counsel on contracts and corporate matters.

Aufgaben

• Own critical projects end to end and drive them to completion.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Work with legal and people ops on contracts, compliance, and HR processes.
• Build simple, scalable systems using AI and automation to improve operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, anticipate issues, and take ownership across functions.
