The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar and proven capabilities in managing teams. Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and a commitment to safety are essential.

The Special Projects Lead is a hands‑on field role responsible for leading and executing day‑to‑day work activities on utility‑scale solar sites. This position works directly alongside field crews to perform and oversee complex field work, including advanced troubleshooting, system repairs, and major component replacements, while maintaining productivity and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly.
This role will lead field crews while remaining actively involved in the work, providing real‑time direction, support, and technical expertise. The position requires the ability to diagnose and resolve system‑level issues in the field, including ground fault identification and repair, inverter troubleshooting and replacement, and other critical corrective work scopes. This location will cover OH/ILL ideally hiring someone based in the midwest.
