Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise employees assigned to special projects
  • Plan daily work, assign responsibilities, and communicate expectations to the crew.
  • Perform and oversee construction, remodeling repairs, demolition, instillation, and facility improvements
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
  • Manage maintenance inventories and replacement planning.
  • Equipment management on mobile equipment.
  • Manage roads, drainage, fencing, buildings, and company-owned properties.
  • Coordinate mowing, vegetation control, snow removal, and erosion control.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of all company facilities.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements across the operation.
  • Support managers with operational problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Promote safe work practices among employees and contractors.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections, permits, and maintenance activities.
