Job summary

CMS of Madison, Inc. is seeking a Special Projects Cleaner - Shift Crew Leader for Monday through Friday nights, 4:00pm to 12:30am. The role focuses on keeping buildings clean and orderly, including stripping/scrubbing/waxing floors and carpet extraction.

Must have a valid driver’s license; experience is not required as training is provided. Competitive hourly wages range from $20 to $30 based on experience. CMS offers paid uniforms, health and dental insurance, PTO and holiday pay.

• Operate carpet extractors, swing arms, and walk-behind floor scrubbers.

Special Projects Cleaner - Shift Crew Leader

We are currently looking to fill the following Floor and Carpet Care position:

MONDAY - FRIDAY NIGHTS

4:00pm - 12:30am

$20-$30.00 / hour - based upon experience

*Valid drivers license required

Job Purpose: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as stripping/scrubbing/waxing floors, carpet extraction, construction clean ups, window cleaning.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Extract carpets
• Use equipment such as carpet extractors, swing arms and walk-behind floor scrubbers

Experience and Education: Experience is not required. We will provide training.
