Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a dedicated Floor Care Specialist to join our Neenah, WI team. You will perform high-quality floor maintenance across offices, schools, clinics, and mills, using professional floor scrubbers, buffers, and extractors.

This 2nd-shift role requires flexible scheduling and a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork as you help maintain clean, professional work environments every day.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proven hands-on floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy equipment regularly.
• Strong dependability, punctuality, and clear communication with supervisors and team.
• Commitment to safety protocols for chemical handling and machinery operation.

Responsibilities

The Role: Floor Care Specialist

You will be responsible for high-quality floor maintenance across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, schools, medical clinics, and industrial mills.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Floor Maintenance: Execute specialized soil removal techniques for various surfaces, including hard surface floors and carpets.

• Equipment Operation: Master the use of professional machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.

• Technical Precision: Learn and apply the correct usage and storage of cleaning chemicals tailored to specific flooring types.

• Equipment Care: Clean and organize vehicles and machinery daily, performing light repairs as needed to ensure production efficiency.

• Site Organization: Manage janitorial closets and job sites to maintain a neat, professional, and productive work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• Floor Care Experience: Must have proven hands-on experience in professional floor care, specifically stripping, waxing, and buffing.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy equipment or materials regularly throughout a dynamic shift.

• Reliability & Communication: Strong dependability, punctuality, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Shift & Flexibility

This is a 2nd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the needs of our clients.

• Flexible Scheduling: Candidates must be flexible regarding start and end times, as well as the total length of the workday.

• Dynamic Environment: You will coordinate your schedule daily with your supervisor and must be able to recognize and deal with changing priorities as they arise.
