Job summary

HR Direct Services seeks a dependable Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at commercial client locations throughout the Seattle region. This field-based role requires hands-on problem-solving and independent work while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers direct hire, a company vehicle with tools and gas card, tool reimbursement, and a benefits package including health, dental & vision, 401(k), PTO, and a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the region.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Complete general repairs including: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall, Painting.
• Install, replace, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and components.
• Accurately document completed work and service reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests.

Service Technician (Field Maintenance) Seattle Region, WA (Travel Required) $25.00 - $30.00 per Hour Full-Time | Direct Hire Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation
