Job summary

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training.

With over 25 years’ experience, we offer stable, year-round employment and an excellent benefits package. We have openings for Sunday-Thursday, with day and some night shifts. Leadership opportunities available.

Qualifications

Must be able to show proof of vaccination.
Experience with pressure-washing is a plus.
Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is a plus.
Mechanically inclined with a solution-based mindset.

Responsibilities

Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment.
Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
All-season indoor and outdoor work.
Eye for detail in all tasks.
Be a team player with a positive attitude.
Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs.
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
