Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Atrius Health division seeks a Special Procedure Nurse in Plymouth, MA to support a procedural unit across GYN, oral & maxillofacial, and GI services. Under the direction of the department chief, you will perform pre- and post-procedure assessments, IV moderate sedation, intra-procedural care, and post-op monitoring as part of a collaborative care team.

This full-time role requires a MA RN license, BLS, ACLS as needed, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a willingness to

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license
• BLS required; ACLS may be required based on specialty
• 3+ years of medical/surgical or ambulatory nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure assessment
• Support intra-procedural care including IV moderate sedation
• Deliver specialty care for GYN, oral & maxillofacial, GI procedures
• Administer medications and monitor patient condition
• Maintain documentation and patient education
