St. Marys Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for per diem rotation in the imaging department. The role involves supervising technologists and students, ensuring competency completion, and managing daily patient scheduling.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification, state licensure, and ACLS/BLS CPR. Two years of clinical radiology experience is preferred; duties may include equipment handling and supply management.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging program. Preferred: Associates degree.
• Experience: 2 years clinical experience.
• License: ARRT-certified radiologic technologist with state license; ACLS, BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technologists and students in the department.
• Assist with completing competencies and manage daily patient schedule.
• Monitor par levels, order supplies and place charges for exams and supplies.

Job Summary

Per Diem, Rotate

Under the guidance of the Director/ manager supervises activities of technologists/students working and/or rotating through the department including their discipline and performance while in that area. Assist with completing competencies for the position within designated introductory period. In the absence of the IR supervisor monitors par levels, order supplies and places charges for patient exams and supplies. Responsible for completion of daily patient schedule. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging program. Preferred: Associates degree

Experience: 2 years clinical experience

License

RADIOGRAPHY (ARRT) CERTIFIED RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST (STATE LICENSE)
