St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures across Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy and Surgery following protocol.

You will verify patient information, organize supplies and maintain imaging quality to support patient care. Requirements include Allied Health program graduation, 0–2 years experience, ARRT certification and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Allied Health Program.
• 0-2 yrs experience in radiology.
• ARRT certification and state radiology license.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures (Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy, Surgery).
• Obtains documentation and supplies.
• Ensures correct patient information on requests/reports.

The Radiology Tech operates Radiology equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.

• Performs a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures including Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy and Surgery.

• Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.
• Organizes work area and maintains supplies.

Experience:

License:

• RADIOGRAPHY (ARRT) CERTIFIED RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST (STATE LICENSE)

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
