Job summary

Endurion is a mission-focused integrator delivering end-to-end intelligence, operations, and technology solutions to the Special Operations community. We seek an Independent Licensed Physical Therapist at Fort Bragg, NC, with a Secret clearance, to evaluate, treat and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions for SOF mission readiness.

You will supervise PT staff, advise on sports medicine and research, and help develop guidelines while adhering to CAPTE, ABPTS, and local credentialing standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution; ABPTS certification.
• ABPTS certification; orthopedic/sports credentials (OCS/SCS/ATC) may be required or preferred.
• Manual therapy, dry needling, and joint manipulation experience recommended.
• Fellowship-trained PTs may substitute for board certification under SOW 4.1.8.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions to optimize SOF mission readiness.
• Provide post-operative evaluation and rehabilitative plans of care per guidelines.
• Supervise PT techs and assistants as directed.
• Advise leadership on sports medicine, rehabilitation and research.
• Develop clinical practice guidelines and training materials.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety procedures.
