Job summary

Trinzic at Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Special Operations Physical Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions for SOF personnel. The role requires licensed independent practice in HP settings and credentialing as direct care provider.

This on-site assignment offers relocation and a fast-paced environment with collaboration across medical teams, ongoing continuing education, and duties ranging from patient care to program support and data reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• ABPTS OCS/SCS or NATA-ATC certification preferred.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years manual therapy in sports medicine with athletes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Provide neuro-musculoskeletal injury care and related services.
• Directly supervise PT staff as directed.
• Maintain documentation in military electronic health records and databases.
• Participate in meetings, develop guidelines, and assist with program administration.
