Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Psychological/Mental Health Technician for on-site work at Fort Bragg, NC. The role supports outpatient behavioral health activities, including intakes, counseling, and therapy sessions under licensed supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, and coordination with medical and military staff. A UK? (note: no) strong emphasis on policy adherence and patient care. Relocation offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility, or ability to obtain.
• Associate degree or commensurate mental health training.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a psychiatric technician.
• Must maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of behavioral health interventions from prevention to treatment.
• Conduct intakes and assist with care of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Lead individual or group therapy sessions under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Observe patients and report observations to licensed behavioral health staff.
• Maintain monthly statistics and prepare program reports.
