KBR is seeking a Special Operations Psychological / Mental Health Technician for Camp Lejeune / Sneads Ferry, NC. The role supports outpatient behavioral health activities under licensed professionals and involves a broad range of duties from intake to therapy support.

Qualifications

• US citizen status required; ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience as a psychiatric technician or equivalent.
• Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of outpatient behavioral health workflows is a plus.
• Military experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and treatment of outpatient behavioral health activities.
• Under supervision, conduct intakes and support therapy sessions.
• Maintain essential clinical documentation and statistical data.
• Assist with coordination of appointments and case reviews.
• Interface with family support organizations and provide information as needed.
