Job summary

Endurion is seeking a full-time behavioral health professional to support SOF members and their families at Fort Benning, GA. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and involves counseling, case management, and research in a military setting.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, perform various therapies, and may supervise trainees while ensuring DHA credentialing and compliance with DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Master's/doctorate in social work with independent-level licensure.
• COAMFTE-accredited marriage and family therapy degree with LMFT license.
• Master's/doctorate in clinical mental health counseling with licensure and NCMHCE.

Responsibilities

• Apply interviewing, behavioral assessment and evidence-based therapies to treat psychological disorders.
• Use validated symptom inventories and assess treatment adherence.
• Maintain a client registry and perform case management.
• Consult with medical personnel, commanders and legal authorities.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement; complete military-specific training.
• Conduct USSOCOM/POTFF-approved applied research.
• May supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
