Endurion is a mission integrator supporting Special Operations with behavioral health services for SOF members and families. You will join an interdisciplinary team conducting case management, therapy, and approved research.

The role requires DHA credentialing readiness, current US licensure, BCLS, and ability to meet DHA standards. On-site work at Fort Liberty, NC with potential field requirements and collaboration with medical personnel and commanders.

Qualifications

• Master's/doctorate in social work with independent licensure, or LMFT with independent licensure, or clinical mental health counseling with licensure.
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions and DHA credentialing readiness.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted U.S. license and BCLS.

Responsabilités

• Apply interviewing, behavioral assessment and evidence-based therapies for psychological disorders.
• Use validated symptom inventories, educate clients on conditions and treatments.
• Maintain a client registry and perform case management.
• Consult with medical personnel, commanders and legal authorities.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement and military-specific training.
• Conduct USSOCOM/POTFF-approved applied research.
• May supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
