Job summary

Rigid Tactical is looking for an experienced Elearning Developer to join the AFSOC Special Tactics Training Squadron. This role involves designing and developing digital training content, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and working closely with military staff to create effective learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology, over five years of experience in Instructional Technology, and an active Secret Security Clearance. This position offers a chance to support special operations training.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience working with the Department of Defense in Instructional Technology.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with DoD eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, Section 508 compliance).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning modules and digital training materials.
• Apply instructional technology principles for effective digital training content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create digital learning experiences.
