Job summary

Rigid Tactical seeks an experienced eLearning Developer to support the STTS program at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will design and maintain digital training content for SOF personnel, applying adult learning theory and DoD standards.

Work is primarily administrative in a climate-controlled office, with remote work authorization added throughout the contract. Security clearance is required at hire and maintained throughout performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Education or Psychology.
• Minimum five (5) years of DoD instructional technology experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required at hire.
• Experience with DoD eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, Section 508).
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora).
• Experience supporting AFSOC/USSOCOM/SOF training programs.
• Knowledge of ADL initiatives and Air Force LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SOF training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning modules and multimedia content.
• Translate operational knowledge into structured digital learning experiences.
• Develop SCORM-compliant DoD courseware using standard authoring tools.
• Collaborate with instructors and military staff to ensure relevant content.
• Maintain qualifications throughout performance period.
