Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at Fort Bragg, NC. This role focuses on coordinating and evaluating programs that bolster resiliency for service members and families, including peer support networks and training.

The CRC will link DoD resources and ensure programs meet USSOCOM standards, reporting outcomes regularly. The position requires a DoD clearance, citizenship, and relevant education or equivalent experience, with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services or related field, or four years’ social service experience.
• Specialized training on peer support counseling and DoD resources.
• Knowledge of best practices in peer support counseling and suicide prevention.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks.
• Report activity using the specified reporting tool and frequency.
• Conduct Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals.
• Coordinate Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration, and Decompression.
• Develop and coordinate Family Relational Enhancement activities.
• Support career transition programs for service members and spouses.
