Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Psychological/Mental Health Technician for the POTFF program in Cannon, NM. This role supports outpatient behavioral health activities and holistic human performance for SOF mission readiness.

Under licensed supervision, you will perform intakes, assist with treatment, and support data collection and reporting. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus; relocation is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent mental health training required; military training acceptable.
• 3+ years of psychiatric technician experience required.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of behavioral health interventions under supervision to individuals.
• Conduct intakes and assist in care and treatment of psychiatric patients.
• Lead or participate in individual or group therapy sessions under licensed supervision.
• Maintain and report monthly statistical data for the unit.
• Prepare program-operating instructions and supporting documentation.

Skills

Psychiatric care experience

Education

Associate degree or commensurate mental health training

Secret Clearance eligibility or ability to obtain

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
