Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking energetic Teacher Assistants to support children with developmental delays and disabilities. You will work with teachers to create engaging lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social-emotional, and motor development.

You will help provide individualized encouragement, supervise children, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• At least 1 year teaching assistant experience with children, including those with delays or disabilities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and routines.
• Create positive and engaging experiences for children.
• Help children develop cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills.
• Provide individualized support based on each child's needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Actively supervise children throughout the day.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families.
• Celebrate children's milestones and support greater independence.
