Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) seeks energetic Teacher Assistants to support children with developmental delays and disabilities. You will work with classroom teachers and a team of professionals to foster learning, growth, and inclusive participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• At least one year of classroom experience with children, especially those with delays or disabilities, is preferred.
• Ability to work with children from birth through age 18 and collaborate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and routines.
• Create positive and engaging experiences for children.
• Help develop cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills.
• Provide individualized encouragement based on each child’s needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Actively supervise children throughout the day.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families.
• Celebrate milestones and support greater independence for children.
