Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking energetic Teacher Assistants to support children with developmental delays and disabilities. You will help with lessons, routines, and individualized support to foster cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor growth.

You will work alongside a team of healthcare and education professionals in a safe, inclusive environment that celebrates every child’s progress and family involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• Experience with children with developmental delays is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with families and staff.
• Patience and empathy essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and routines.
• Create positive and engaging experiences for children.
• Help children develop cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills.
• Provide individualized encouragement and support based on each child's needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Actively supervise children throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families.
• Celebrate children’s milestones and help prepare them for greater independence and success.
